today we went to technology and my buddy was raymond. this is what we made today lentil curry these are the ingredients
1. get a onion and slice and dice
2. fry until soft 
3.add garlic,ginger,curry and 
4.stir for five minutes
5.add spinach
6.add the milk cream and spice with salt
7. serve with rice
